Sam first experienced her love for accounting in high school and has been working in the accounting field since. She is dedicated to providing accurate and organized financial information to owners, tenants, and vendors.
What She Does:
Sam handles all money in and money out and financial reporting.

About Jayda:
Jayda joined Firemark as the Office Administrator and moved into Finance. Jayda is a Finance Administrator and she enjoys working alongside her team to meet their goals and deadlines. She loves the continuous learning, challenges and problem solving that come with working in Finance.
What She Does:
Jayda handles all of our utility payments, bank reconcilliations and anything else that may be needed administratively.

About Maddie:
Maddie began her journey in Property Management with Firemark as the Office Administrator. She quickly moved into Finance, where her high school love for math was rekindled as she entered the world of accounting. She is currently the Accounts Receivable Administrator and enjoys working with and learning from her team, owners, and residents. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has loved building her family, friendships, and career in Middle Tennessee.
What She Does:
Maddie handles all rent collection, evictions, rent payment arrangements and questions about rent payments.
Jessica Stanley

About Jessica:
Jessica became very proficient in mathematics at a very young age. Her love for math slowly turned into a desire to gain academic knowledge in Finance. She became a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the AAPC in the medical field in January of 2020. However, it is at Firemark where she found her home in Finance as the Accounts Payable Administrator. Jessica dedicates her time off to her family and improving her skills in home improvement projects.
What She Does:
Jessica handles all vendor payments, HOA fees, mortgages, owner contributions and bank reconciliations.
