About Carrie:
Despite starting her career in property management in 2021, Carrie has been a part of the Firemark Property Management team founded by her father since 2002. Her administrative background has allowed her to manage the day-to-day operations of a large portfolio of properties, including single family, multi-family, and commercial properties. In 2022, she assisted in establishing a network of over 1000+ doors in the Middle Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama areas. She enjoys kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family.
What She Does:
Carrie handles all new Homeowners, new properties, all staff and everything Firemark.

Rachael has been in property management since 2011.
Helping people find a new home is truly her passion!
In her spare time she enjoys going to Titan football games, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
What She Does:
Rachael is Property Manager for Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford and Robertson Counties.

About Jennifer:
Jennifer started her career in property management in 2013 in Texas. She received her IREM ARM® accreditation in 2023. Being a military spouse has enabled her to gain career experience and knowledge in Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee. In her spare time she enjoys reading, home improvement projects, spending time with her family and friends, traveling and listening to true crime podcasts.
What She Does:
Jennifer handles all leases, renewals, and applications. She is also the Property Manager for Henry County.
