River Hill Flats in Chattanooga, TN offers a studio apartment with one bathroom in a well-maintained community. Residents have access to on-site conveniences including a community laundry room, car wash station, picnic areas with a grill, and proximity to public transportation. Management and maintenance staff are on duty to assist residents.

The property permits small dogs only. We understand that pets are part of the family, and while we do not allow cats, we do have a pet screening process in place. A $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet is required, along with a monthly pet rent determined by the pet score.

For your peace of mind, we require liability to landlord insurance for an additional monthly fee.

Please note, we do not post on Craigslist and we do not accept Zillow applications. All applications and payments are to be made through our company's online portal or a PaySlip. A $55 non-refundable application fee and a $65 non-refundable admin fee are required.
